Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar supports both campuses and online students.  The St. Martin campus is the main headquarters and all official documentation must be mailed to the address below. The Office of the Registrar assists current students and alumni related to registration and records, including: 

  • Reports and records grades
  • Certifies degrees
  • Verifies enrollment and graduation applications
  • Determines and updates transfer credits from previous institutions
  • Issues transcripts for current students and alumni

Transcripts from academic institutions must come directly from the institution and can be sent via email to or mail to:

Register for Classes 

Students using financial aid and/or requesting payment plans must meet with the Office of Financial Aid prior to registering for classes. College Credit Plus students do not need to meet with financial aid.
