Inclusive Excellence is the recognition that an institution’s success is dependent on how well it values, engages and includes the rich diversity of students, faculty, administrators, alumni and community constituents. This training is designed to engage faculty in self-awareness and cultural competence learning focused on fundamental concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion. During the session, faculty will explore the diversity wheel, examine inclusive excellence at Chatfield and discuss ways to apply new learning and awareness.
