Response Art: Art Therapy and Self Care
Wednesdays: 6:30pm to 8:30pm; July 10 to August 7
Art is a way to nurture physical, mental and emotional health. Through art making, students will deepen their understanding of stress and its effect on wellness. A brief history of art therapy and contemporary practices in the field will be explored to educate students on techniques to develop or enhance their individual self care practice. This course carries an additional fee of $10 for supplies.
